 PTFE Graphite with Aramid Fiber Corner Braided Packing represents a premium blend of materials, featuring a braid that integrates PTFE with graphite-infused yarn and is reinforced with Kevlar fiber at the corners to prevent extrusion in applications subjected to high pressure and temperature. This packing is crafted from pure, 100% DuPont Kevlar yarn, interwoven with graphite-filled PTFE (GFO) yarn across the sliding surface in a striped pattern. It boasts excellent thermal conductivity and allows for smooth sliding velocities. The packing is treated with a high-lubricity PTFE emulsion for enhanced performance. Known for its low friction and wear resistance, this packing offers an extended service life thanks to its superior sliding characteristics and the prevention of gap extrusion.
