This unique construction enhances the lubrication and durability of the pure PTFE filling, providing excellent sliding properties and thermal conductivity. Each fiber is thoroughly impregnated with PTFE emulsion to ensure an even distribution, creating a saturated and sealed fiber that is resistant to chemical action. Additionally, a special high-temperature synthetic lubricant is added to guarantee optimal break-in characteristics.
