SunPass PTFE Yarn Without Oil, also known as oil-free polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) yarn, is a yarn made of pure polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) without any lubricating oil or other lubricants added. PTFE is a high-performance polymer with unique properties, known for its chemical resistance, high temperature resistance and low friction.


Application areas:
Sealing materials: used to make various types of seals, such as O-rings, V-rings and gaskets.
Insulation materials: used as high temperature and chemical resistant insulation materials in the electrical industry.
Fabrics and woven products: used to make heat-resistant and chemical-resistant industrial fabrics, filter cloths and conveyor belts.
Heat sealing materials: used in the packaging industry for applications requiring high temperature heat sealing.
Composite materials: combined with other materials to enhance the performance of composite materials.

Advantages:
