Description:
STYLE 6500G is a premium blend of PTFE yarn infused with graphite, reinforced with Kevlar fiber at the corners, designed to prevent gap extrusions in high-pressure and temperature environments.
STYLE 6600G consists of pure 100% Dupont's Kevlar Yarn interspersed with Graphite PTFE GFO yarn in alternating strips across the sliding surface. It offers excellent sliding velocity and thermal conductivity, and is processed with a high-lubricant and impregnated with PTFE emulsion.
Both STYLE 6500G and STYLE 6600G are low-friction, wear-resistant packings characterized by long service life due to their superior sliding properties and resistance to gap extrusion.
Application Areas:
STYLE 6500G/6600G can be used in piston pumps, mixers, stirrers, reactors, for industrial and chemical process valves, paper mill good for high pressure applications.
Application media:
STYLE 6500G/6600G is suitable for cold and hot water, oils, solvents, greases, dituted acids and lye, brine , sewage.
Not Suitable For:
High concentrated acids and lye, alkali metals, fluorine and fluorione compounds at high temperatures.
