Aramid Wipping Pad with Fiberglass Core Description:
The SUNPASS Aramid Wiping Pad with Fiberglass Core is crafted from imported filament aramid yarn, soaked in a PTFE emulsion and treated with a lubricant, combined with fiberglass. Due to the aramid's strength and modulus, which are akin to steel, this packing offers superior resistance to harsh media and higher pressures when compared to other types of braided packings. It can be utilized independently or as end rings in conjunction with other packing materials to integrate various properties into a comprehensive seal packing ring set.
Aramid Wipping Pad with Fiberglass Core Application:
1.STYLE 6500FG can be used in rotary pump, valves, piston pumps, mixers, reactors, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, food, sugar, chemical and petrochemical, power stations, steel mills and many area. Also ideal as anti-extrusion rings in combination with softer packing.
2.STYLE 6500FG is suitable for most chemicals, water, steam, oils, solvents, abrasive sand, slurry and other gritty media.
