Bio-soluble Ceramic Fiber is a kind of Alkali-earth Silicate Fiber, composed of SiO2,MgO,CaO.
Its solubleness makes it healthy to human beings. It is very popular in the environmental protection oriented markets,
such as Japan, South Korea, Europe and Latin America.
Bio-soluble Ceramic Fiber Rope has mainly three types: Square, Round and Twisted,
and can be reinforced with wires or coated with other materials.
Bio-soluble Ceramic Fiber Round Rope is in the shape of Square, it can be used for high temperature applications up to 1000ºC.
As mentioned above, it can be reinforced with fiberglass or stainless steel wires.
And it contains a certain amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property.
Application of Refractory Bio Soluble Ceramic Fiber Round Rope:
Bio-soluble ropes are perfect material for sealing and can be used in a wide variety of applications,
like foundry works, aluminum and steel mills, shipyards, refineries, power plants and chemical plants,
welding works. etc. It is also a perfect material for door seals or caulking for ovens, boilers and furnaces,
expansion joints, cable or pipe wrapping, high temp. gaskets, etc.
