Description:
SunPass STYLE 6500FG Aramid fiber braided packing, crafted from Du Pont's continuous filament Kevlar yarn and impregnated with a PTFE emulsion that is processed with a lubricant and reinforced with fiberglass, boasts an exceptional level of strength and modulus comparable to steel. This superior packing outperforms other types of braided packings by withstanding more severe media and higher pressures. Its robust construction allows it to be used independently or as end rings in combination with other packing types, creating a seal packing ring set that merges various characteristics for optimal sealing performance in demanding industrial applications.
Application:
1.STYLE 6500FG can be used in rotary pump, valves, piston pumps, mixers, reactors, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, food, sugar, chemical and petrochemical, power stations, steel mills and many area. Also ideal as anti-extrusion rings in combination with softer packing.
2.STYLE 6500FG is suitable for most chemicals, water, steam, oils, solvents, abrasive sand, slurry and other gritty media.
