Graphite PTFE Yarn Without Oil GFO Yarn Description:

SunPass Graphite PTFE Yarn Without Oil, also known as GFO (Graphite Fluoropolymer Oxide) Yarn, is a yarn made from a blend of graphite and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), usually without oil-based lubricants. This yarn combines the electrical and thermal conductivity of graphite with the chemical resistance and low friction coefficient of PTFE.

Applications:
Sealing materials: Used to make various types of seals such as packings, gaskets and O-rings, especially where chemical resistance and high temperature resistance are required.
Heat exchangers: Used as fillers in heat exchangers due to its good thermal conductivity.
Electrical insulation: Due to the electrical conductivity of graphite, this yarn can be used for certain types of electrical insulation applications.
Chemical processing: Used for sealing pipes, valves and pumps in the chemical industry, especially when handling corrosive media.
