Encapsulated Oring

Encapsulated Oring Discription:
SUNPASS Encapsulated Oring feature a robust elastomeric core, enveloped in a continuous layer of altered PTFE. This core, which is composed of either FKM or VMQ (silicone), is designed to maintain uniform tension for effective sealing. The enveloping layer is crafted from PFA or FEP, which is essential for ensuring a secure seal and offering superior resistance to corrosive environments. These specialized Orings are intended for use in static sealing scenarios, as dynamic movement or exposure to abrasive materials could compromise the integrity of the casing.

Advantages:

1. Excellent chemical resistance to a wide rang of fluid media

2. High level of hygiene for use with foodstuffs and edible oils
