Description:
SunPass Tank Lid Seals Packing is a sophisticated multi-layer and multi-fiber braided packing designed for superior sealing performance. The outer layer is meticulously crafted from durable pure PTFE fibers that have been treated with a lubricant for ease of installation and reduced friction. Beneath this layer, a robust jacket of multiple wraps of heavy-duty PTFE tape provides added strength and chemical resistance. The packing's body is composed of dry, loosely braided polypropylene fibers that allow for flexibility and ease of compression. At the heart of the packing, an NBR rubber inner core offers excellent resilience, surrounded by an additional layer of PTFE tape for enhanced sealing properties. This packing is an outstanding choice for sealing against a wide range of chemicals, and its design allows for the creation of endless rings on-site, ensuring a perfect fit for any tank lid application.
