Non Asbestos Reinforced Cement Siding Discription:
The Asbestos-Free Sheet represents a state-of-the-art industrial product, developed to offer a secure and efficient sealing option that eliminates the dangers associated with asbestos. It is carefully manufactured using nonmetallic materials for the filling, chosen for their superior qualities like longevity and resistance to abrasion. The sheet's binder is composed of natural rubber and nitrile butadiene, selected for their outstanding adhesive properties and flexibility, guaranteeing that the material maintains its toughness and pliability across a broad spectrum of temperatures and environmental challenges. The structure of the Asbestos-Free Sheet is reinforced with a blend of organic and inorganic fibers, providing not only increased structural integrity but also improved resistance to chemical and thermal stress. This fibrous network contributes a sturdy support system that upholds the sheet's sealing effectiveness even in rugged industrial environments. Additionally, the sheet is coated with a layer of graphite, which acts as a self-lubricating surface to minimize friction and wear during the process of assembly and disassembly.
