Features:

SunPass offer two types of PTFE rods. The first type is produced using the paste extrusion method, with diameters ranging from 4 to 9mm. The second type is manufactured by ram extrusion, with diameters spanning from 10 to 50mm. For rods with diameters exceeding 50mm, the molding method is employed. PTFE is renowned for being the most chemically resistant plastic known, and it does not undergo aging.

PTFE boasts a broad temperature range of -180°C to +260°C (note the correction from "180%°C") and features a wax-like surface that resists adhesion, making it difficult for substances to stick to it. Furthermore, PTFE has the lowest coefficient of friction among all known solid materials and possesses the superior electrical properties among plastics.
